The offer
90-Day Comprehensive Support Package
A structured, 90-day engagement for each participant referred by your organization. Our community support members work alongside your clients to address the practical and emotional barriers that lead to recidivism, missed court dates, and probation violations.
Standard rate
$1,500
per participant — billed to contracting organization
Dedicated community support member assigned per participant
Weekly check-ins and progress documentation
Coordination with your case managers and staff
Warm handoffs to housing, employment, and benefits services
Trauma-Informed Support
