Together, CCC's leadership and Board support the organization's development while maintaining appropriate distinctions between organizational management and Board governance.

Founder/Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
As Founder/Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Collective Care Coalition, Michaella Wisher provides executive leadership for the organization and oversees the development of CCC's programs, operations, partnerships, organizational strategy, and long-term growth.
Her role includes advancing CCC's reentry and trauma-informed supportive-services model, developing relationships with community and institutional partners, supporting organizational infrastructure, and helping ensure that CCC's services remain aligned with its mission.

RESPONSIBLE GOVERNANCE
The Board of Directors provides governance, oversight, and stewardship in support of Collective Care Coalition's mission and long-term sustainability.
Board responsibilities include organizational governance, financial oversight, policy oversight, strategic guidance, and supporting accountability consistent with CCC's governing documents and applicable nonprofit requirements.
BOARD AND EXECUTIVE ROLES
CCC maintains appropriate distinctions between governance and day-to-day organizational leadership. The Board provides governance and oversight, while executive leadership is responsible for managing the organization's programs, operations, partnerships, and implementation of organizational strategy.
