WHAT YOUR GIFT FUNDS
TRAUMA-INFORMED SUPPORT AND COMMUNITY MEMBER COMPENSATION
Community members are compensated for their time and expertise. They provide non-clinical, trauma-informed engagement: supportive listening, healing circles, goal development, and referrals to licensed professionals when clinical treatment is indicated. Your gift funds the compensation that makes this work sustainable.
COURT SUPPORT AND JUSTICE NAVIGATION
Court support is one of CCC's signature services. We help justice-involved participants prepare practically for court, organize documents, navigate probation and parole requirements, and receive trauma-informed support before and after appearances. This work runs on donor support.
REENTRY NAVIGATION
Our reentry navigators walk alongside people returning home through housing, benefits, employment, family reconnection, and identification assistance. The first 90 days after release are the most critical. Your gift keeps navigators available from day one.
COMMUNITY STABILIZATION AND FOLLOW-UP
CCC provides continued support after the immediate reentry period so participants are not simply handed a list of resources and left alone. Stabilization services include referral tracking, barrier resolution, appointment engagement, and ongoing advocacy within CCC's scope.
